Briefly - Mitch's temperature has spiked and he has developed a cough. They are feeling that he is very well covered by the current range of antibiotics but he is definitely having trouble sleeping because he feels so poorly.
If you're up late, reading this - please pray for the cough to heal up ... that there is nothing more seriously wrong and that he can get some good rest tonight.

- I was diagnosed on May 25, 2007 with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia) while living in Los Angeles, CA. After undergoing 6 rounds of chemotherapy at the LA County General Hospital, I moved back to my home in Spokane, WA fully expecting to remain in remission. Unfortunately, the leukemia came back and was discovered on March 17th, 2008. I was admitted to Sacred Heart Hospital (in Spokane) and given the news that I needed a bone marrow transplant in order to beat this thing. I will begin the transplant process at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance on June 17th, 2008. I am no longer single after marrying my beautiful wife, Chelsea on August 2nd at the University of WA Medical Center. We are looking forward to a great future and long life of ministry once this is behind us. I am totally committed to Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior and love to serve him especially ministering to youth (junior high and high school students.) During this entire process of battling the cancer, my Scripture focus has been 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18: "Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus." God is faithful!
